Biography:
Bénédicte Pansier is an international marketing/communications and fundraiser professional with more than 15 years of experience in the private, public and academic sectors. As External Relations and Partnership Manager at the Institute of Communication and Health (ICH), she supervises the field projects of the Master in Communication, Management and Health and manages partnerships with organizations in the health sector for ICH. Bénédicte completed her Master of Science in Management-Grande Ecole at HEC Paris, International Business School, in 1996. She also graduated of the New-York University Stern Business School in 1995 (Partnership in International Management). She started her career in marketing in the private sector: first at Unilever in 1996, and then Lancôme International (L’Oreal) in 2001. In 2002, she moved to Rome, Italy, and started a new career in the humanitarian sector. She helped build the new department of private fundraising of the UN World Food Programme, the United Nations’ frontline agency in the fight against hunger. As partnership manager, she built innovative and efficient public-private partnerships with companies such as Unilever, Danone and TNT. In 2009, Bénédicte moved to Treviso, Italy, and started to work on a consultancy basis for the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), the global advocate for people with diabetes. In 2010, she moved to Lugano, Switzerland, and has been working for ICH since 2011. She continues to work part-time for IDF as account manager in charge of global partners (Sanofi, Nestlé).
