The business of event management plays a key role in the marketplace, in tourism, in sports, culture and in business. In this course, students will be taught the main strategies in the event industry, they will learn about the key management and risk models, how to apply the CCI Management and Scorecard Model, how to organize successful events, what success factors are important to consider and they will work on an own event management concept for an event they might launch themselves.
