Research funding at the Faculty of Communication Sciences

The innovative and international research carried out within the Faculty attracts outside funding by means of original and competitive research proposals. A variety of bodies fund this research each year – the European Union (EU), the Swiss National Fund (FNS), the Federal Technology and Innovation Commission (CTI) and the Swiss Virtual Campus (SVC).

The significant growth in the volume of this financing over the last few years reflects its gradual consolidation, and the growing international recognition that the Faculty’s scientific research has won.
