Studio USI-SUPSI sulle case per anziani del Ticino
Commissionata dal Cantone, l'indagine è stata realizzata da un team congiunto composto, per l'USI, dalla dott.ssa Luisa Lomazzi dell'Istituto di Economia Politica. La ricerca ha misurato per la prima volta la qualità percepita, ovvero il grado di soddisfazione di anziani e familiari quanto all'accoglienza e ai servizi (compresi cure e animazione) offerti dalle 63 strutture ticinesi.

Commissioned by the Canton, the survey was carried out by a special team made of researchers including USI's Ph.D. Luisa Lomazzi from the Institute of Economics. The research measured for the first time the grade of quality perceived, or in other words, the degree of satisfaction of the elderly and their relatives for the service (including care and entertainment) offered by the 63 nursing homes in Ticino.
