lice Comi is currently a Visiting Researcher at the Design Innovation Research Centre, University of Reading (UK). Her research lies at the intersection of visual communication and organizational studies, with particular regard to the role of visual objects in the practices of inter-organizational collaboration. As part of her PhD at USI, Alice has conducted experimental studies on the performance effect of visual facilitation in inter-organizational teamwork. She has recently embarked on a post-doc project on the visual objects used at the interfaces between architecture, engineering, and construction companies.
