Biografia:

Fernanda Gallo is a Phd student in political philosophy under the supervision of Prof. Maurizio Viroli. She is also teacher assistant in Political Theory (Master PMP I year – Bachelor II year) and Political Communication (Bachelor Communication Sciences I year). In 2010 she achieved a master in Civic Education, organized by Princeton University and Ethica (she was in the 20% of the best students). In July 2009 she graduated (M.A.) in Philosophy with a mark of 110 cum laude and Dean’s Award at the University of Naples “Federico II” with a thesis on the Hegelian tradition in the Italian Risorgimento. In July 2006 she achieved the Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a mark of 110 cum laude at the University of Naples “Federico II”. She spent research period at Cambridge University (Sidney Sussex College) - UK with a study grant as visiting student under the supervision of Prof. Eugenio Biagini; at Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg - Germany; at Eberhard Karl University of Tübingen - Germany. From 2004 to 2008 she got study grants at the Italian Institute for the philosophical Studies - Naples – Italy. She is Tutor at the training course in Civic Education for teachers of High school, organized by the Fondazione per la Scuola della Compagnia di San Paolo. She is founding member of the Society of Political Studies.
