A workshop held as part of the event Longevity Days '25:

A week of science, culture, and dialogue to live well, live longer, and learn to do so from a young age. Longevity is not only a medical challenge, but also a social, cultural, and economic issue that affects all generations. From this vision comes the Longevity Days '25 project, promoted by BrainCircle Lugano in collaboration with the Università della Svizzera italiana and other key scientific, cultural, and institutional partners in the region.

Promoted by BrainCircle Lugano in collaboration with USI, with the participation of SUPSI and the Music School of the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana, the initiative offers a journey for all ages through science, literature, well-being, and urban planning: the theme of longevity will be explored in its many dimensions—biological, cognitive, social, economic, and cultural. All events are free and open to the public (registration is recommended).
