A warm welcome to Endi Guza who just joined our team at IMCA!

After studying psychology at Jacobs University Bremen, Endi recently graduated with a Joint MSc in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Valencia and the University of Bologna, where she specialized in organizational conflict and team-level coping strategies.

In addition to her academic studies, Endi has had professional experience in Albania, Germany, and Italy.

“Hi! I am Endi, a research enthusiast driven by the innate desire to investigate the underlying mechanisms that drive human nature. I am happy to join IMCA as a PhD student, and I will be working with Dr Zamparini on how digital transformation challenges organizational identity construction.
