Long Night of Careers 2026: the 11th Edition at USI

The 11th Long Night of Careers will take place on Tuesday, 31 March 2026, from 5 pm to 9 pm. For the second time, the event will be held at the East Campus Lugano, featuring 60 companies and institutions eager to meet USI students.

The Long Night of Careers (LNoC), organised by the Career and Alumni Service, is an annual event designed to promote dialogue between the professional world and the academic community. It offers students the chance to engage directly with organisations from various sectors.

During the event, companies will host informative workshops and offer individual sessions, including CV counselling and a Job Gallery Walk.

Students can register starting Monday, 23 February 2026, through the USI CareerGate platform.

The 2026 edition will open with a round table dedicated to Careers and AI, featuring both companies and student representatives. The discussion will provide a forum for exploring the changes introduced by Generative Artificial Intelligence, particularly regarding application and selection processes.
