Master in Digital Fashion Communication: the first alumni reunion

The first Alumni Reunion of USI's Master in Digital Fashion Communication will be held on Friday, 12 June, at the West Campus Lugano, organised by the Alumni Service in collaboration with the programme management. The event will bring together graduates of the Master's programme for an afternoon and evening dedicated to networking, sharing professional experiences, and strengthening the alumni network.

To date, the MDFC community comprises 131 alumni. Graduates are active internationally, with a strong presence in Switzerland (51 alumni, 31 of whom are based in Ticino), Italy (37), and France (19), as well as other countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the United States.

The reunion will open with a plenary session featuring welcome remarks from the programme co-directors, Lorenzo Cantoni and Francesca Cominelli. A key highlight will be a conversation between the Master's coordinator, Nadzeya Sabatini, and Edwin Navez, CEO of Assos, offering insights into the industry's evolution.

The sessions will be followed by a career roundtable featuring MDFC alumni, who will share their professional journeys and the challenges faced in the fashion world, providing concrete perspectives and inspiration for those in attendance. The evening will conclude with an aperitivo dinner at the Lifestyle Tech Competence Centre.
