A meeting with Sara Rosso Cipollini, President, Planhotel Resorts and Hotels in conversation with Carmine Garzia, Professor of Management at University of Gastronomic Sciences at Pollenzo (UNISG), university established and supported by Slow Food.
USI offers, in partnership with the University of Gastronomic Sciences a double degree program for the Students of its Master in International Tourism.
This public meeting is part of "Beyond Borders. A Workshop on Cross-border Collaboration and Macro-regions for Cultural Tourism" organized by USI as part of the SECreTour EU Project.
