Anna Linda Musacchio Adorisio Teaching at the ASSIOA Winter School on Narratives in Organizational Research

After taking part in the first edition of the ASSIOA Winter School in 2017 alongside Barbara Czarniawska, Anna Linda Musacchio Adorisio returned this year at the ASSIOA Winter School, hosted by Sapienza University of Rome. During her course, Anna Linda guided PhD students through narrative approaches to research design and practice, combining theoretical foundations with practical, hands-on insights into narrative analysis. She encouraged participants to combine perspectives on narrative as text and narrative as action, integrating visual and material dimensions to broaden the ways in which the dynamics of organising can be explored and understood.
