Ravi Kudesia, Assistant Professor of Management at Temple University's Fox School of Business Management, presented his research on frontline operators' fluctuation of attention and how organizational practices stabilize these fluctuations to enhance reliability. He investigates the temporal aspects of attention and how mindfulness as a metacognitive practice can regulate attention to fit each situation frontline operator face by being integrated into organizational practice.
