M. Baeriswyl's Poster Presentation at WBS Summer School on Practice-based Studies

M. Baeriswyl got the opportunity to present his current research on attention shifting and how this phenomenon has been considered by the main attention-based literature in Management and Organization Studies (MOS). He proposed a tentative typology of shifts of attention and their qualities stemming from existing attention-based MOS research. The overarching goal is to propose ways to further theorize and empirically study shifts of attention, as they have arguably been overlooked or taken for granted in MOS.
